First choose your keepsake. Then choose your baby clothes, uniforms, blankets or whatever items you wish the keepsake to be made from. Each listing will give you the requirements needed.
Once an order is placed, I will email you the details of where to send your items. I will then message you again when I've received your items. We can then discuss if you want anything specific to do with the personalisation of your keepsake.
I will create your keepsake with love and care. I will then email you a picture before I send then package and post!
Under the description of each keepsake it will let you know how many items are needed for each one. If you have tiny/new-born items then you will need more, feel free to message me if you are unsure.
If you don't send enough items then I will contact you asking for more. You are more than welcome to send more items than what's needed if you wanted pieces from lots of different garments
All fabric needs to be clean and in generally good condition. If the fabric is very worn or damaged, but super sentimental, please contact me before hand as I may be able to repair or use parts of it.
It is probably easier for me to mention the fabrics that cannot be used as their are so many that can be! I have made keepsakes from silk ties to dog beds!
Fabrics that cant be used are loose knit fabrics that would unravel when cut, super thin or see-through fabrics or fabric that are very thick such as leather. If you are unsure about your fabric, please get in touch!
Certainly! I can even send you a template of the keepsake to help you identify the different parts.
Sponge Clean Only. The cushion covers can be hand washed.
The sweaters and hoodies can be machine washed.
All keepsakes require gentle handling but the weighted bears especially.
Dust bags are available and can be bought separately which are ideal to keep your keepsakes in or used as gift bags.
No! Your keepsake is an ornamental item only. Due to the fabric being supplied by you and each keepsake being completely bespoke, I am unable to carry out any CE testing so they are not to be given to children under the age of 14 years.

Yes, I can easily add ashes into the main body of the keepsakes before sewing shut. I can also send you a video showing me adding the ashes for your peace of mind.
Tracking is always advised when you post your items to me so we can keep an eye of their whereabouts.
It usually take me up to 3 weeks to create a keepsake once I have received your clothes. In busy periods, please allow up to 4 weeks. If you require a keepsake quicker, please contact me.
Unfortunately not, they are a discount price because you are purchasing a keepsake. You can however purchase the dust bags.
The jointed bears are available to be weighted up to 10lbs, the original bear up to 9lbs and the lion and rabbit up to 8lbs.
We cannot accept personalise items back or offer refunds on keepsakes unless they are faulty.
These are bespoke and personalised items in each keepsake will have its own unique look and will differ to the pictures on the website, please bear this in mind when ordering.
Please take care when sending your items to me. Sending in a box or bag is better than brown paper as the paper tears easily. Tracked delivery is always the best method so you can trace its whereabouts and keep any proof of posting.
Please include a note in the parcel so I know it's yours. Once I have received your parcel I always message to let you know. If you haven't received a message, please check in with me so we can trace your parcel.
I keep all left over fabric for 2 months once your keepsake has been dispatched.
If you'd prefer I send them back to you, there is a separate listing to cover the additional postage.
